Need sound (microphone) boosted / amplified
1. I did google. About 3 hours of searching and most results are not good.
2. I do not need to boost someone else, i need to boost my microphone so i would hear myself loud and clear.
3. I did do "+30 db" and it is not enough.
Specs:
1. Windows 7
2. Motherboard: MSI P965 Neo (MS-7235)
3. Ears: Plantronics Gamecom 367 ( Plantronics | GameCom 367 )
Common data:
I hear everything loud and clear. Winamp, movies, other people in TeamSpeak. But i do not hear my own voice. I am not deaf or i think so. So i need to hear just my voice louder, than it actually is.
Experiments:
1. +30 db results in that there is constant "sssssssssssss" that makes me hardly hear myself after few hours, so at about 3 am i start to talk VERY LOUD without noticing it.
2. Start -> Control Panel -> Sound -> Input -> Microphone -> Listen
Turning "Listen" on with "+30db" results in echo and in a few seconds (if i don't make any noise) it howls very loud. Constantly talking makes my clan leader nervous, so thats not an option.
3. Listen + 20 db = Echo delayed.
4. Listen + 10 db = Delayed more, but then all of sudden it makes my ears hurt when it starts making piping sound or (PIIIIIIIIIII!!)
5. Voice Changer 7.0 Diamond (turn on stereo + duplex) + 20 db boost = temporary solution. It makes just piping sound be less loud and so i can handle it for a week or so, but there is echo of my voice repeated 3 times. Need to talk. In very short. Ways. Like this.
Good thing to use would be:
1. Software, that boosts mic when i press button or when i start talking
2. Software that simply boosts everything
3. Your idea.
Sample of voice will be at morning (+5 hours from posting time, or a bit later) if needed.
