How to make both headphones produce sound?

I somehow experience a problem that my heaphones (small ones), which work properly on my mobile, produce sound when connected to laptop only from the right headphone. The left one isn't reacting to tests as well.

First obvious question, does both speakers in the PC work OK?

Can you try a different headphone, to verify it is a problem with the PC?

Reinstall the PC Vendor's sound driver (don't use a non Vendor driver for best results). If that doesn't help, it would appear to be a hardware problem. If the PC is still in warranty, contact the Vendor for warranty service.

I had this on a Laptop. I went to the Volume and Turned system sounds down and it stopped.

    Try that.

I will probably have to contact the vendor... Nothing works. Tried to update, reinstall drivers... And all other suggestions that I could possibly find...
