Windows mutes ALL sounds while VoIP
Windows mutes the sounds of all devices when I make or receive a VoIP call - what it does even better is that it mutes the VoIP as well - so I am unable to hear.
Essentially if you make or receive a call all applications go mute, but the VoIP also does - and I have found no cure yet. I tried within the sound properties do nothing but it still does, and so far my phone bills are sky rocketing.
I read a lot of fixes for this problem, however none seem to be working on Windows 7 Lenovo E 520. Any specific ideas or help please.
