    Sound Crackling/ Fuzzy


    Hi, I have just updated my Audio Driver, and now my sound is crackling/ fuzzy.
    What shall i do?

    If it was the updated driver that is causing the problem, you can go to the Device Manager and in the Properties for your sound device you can click on the Driver tab and the select the option to "Rollback Driver" which will revert it back to the old driver.

    First try the roll-back solution. If that doesn't work then:

    Audio Video WMP problems


    Fix it Center Online
    Fix it Solution Center
    Fix WMP video, other media, or librarry issues
    Missing Playback_Recording (Disabled) Devices
    No Sound in Windows
    Open the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
    Win 7 Problems Solutions Troubleshooting
