No Audio on YouTube
Running Windows 7 Home Premium on a new computer. with a Gigabyte
870A-UD3 Motherboard, a Radeon 5670 Video Card plugged into a 56"
Samsung HDTV utilizing HDMI for both audio and video.
Suddenly I have no audio when watching YouTube videos. System sounds
and other Flash videos continue to provide working audio. All hardware and
drivers are reported as functioning properly.
All audio was fine just yesterday. I can only guess that I have accidentally
done something to upset the apple cart but I can't figure out what it is.
I am using Firefox 5.0 as my regular browser. Oddly enough, if I switch to
IExplorer, I get a warning that the Flash Player is out of date and I have to
update it to view the YouTube videos. I always thought that a single Flash
Player worked for any browser. I get no such warning with Firefox.
Anyone have an answer for this behavior?
