You're not going to find a version of it that works with Windows 7 as Creative never made one. What they did do was roll most of the functions from it and a few of the other small apps into one program, the Creative Audio Console,
which if you installed the latest Windows 7 driver
for your 2 NX (which surprisingly considering how old that external sound card is, was released just yesterday), Creative Worldwide Support > Audigy 2 NX
you will find in the Creative folder in your Start menu.
