Video but no audio when playing MP4 video in Media Player
I downloaded a couple of WRC MP4 videos but get no audio when I play them in Windows Media Player. The same video files play fine in VLC player though. I'm not sure when it happened or why it happened. I've downloaded videos from the same site in the past and they played fine in WMP. I've googled it but didn't find anything that helped. I've gone though most, if not all the settings in Media Player but didn't see anything obvious. Is there a way to reset WMP to defaults? Codec problem maybe? I don't remember having to install any to watch these videos in the past though. MPEG and AVI files play fine in WMP.
