Use voice sample to recreate a different sample

I have a recording of my friends voice, is there some kind of program or code I can use to recreate his voice, and let him say a different sentence than the one I recorded?
Any kind of help is appreciated.

Dude, you completely misunderstood me.
In the movie Iron Man, he has a super computer called J.A.R.V.I.S. who has a really cool British accent, so i want to recreate that accent by taking a sample from the movie and using it as voice for my computer.

So your friend plays the role of J.A.R.V.I.S. in the Iron Man?

Dude nooooooooo. The guy who plays the role of J.A.R.V.I.S. in Iron Man is an actor called Paul Bettany. He is a really cool British accent. Thats why I want a sound wave editor of some form.
