Wear headphones between 9:00 and 11:00 ? Yikes I know how it is even if others don't hear it you do, and you become heightened to those sounds and then you start talking to yourself ! Keep in mind if you start answering yourself and hold complete conversations then it will be necessarily to seek professional help immediately.

On a serious note I would relocated the computer to the other side of the desk and take care with all wiring. Moving things around can change how the wires are picking up the RF signal. I know it's a pain but it could give the chance to visit each wire and run it in a clean and organized manner. Then when that's done let's hope its gone or greatly minimized.
