Hello Dick, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You should be able to use the What u Hear feature along with Sound Recorder to record it.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

I use AoA audio extractor

It is free and very easy to use. The .flv file will open in the program without
the need for a conversion. After this I use mpTrim (also free) to snip any unwanted
material from the front and end of the recording.

Enjoy - Cheers

Edit: AoA can be downloaded here http://www.aoamedia.com/audioextractor.htm
Be sure to dowload the freeware version (not the Platinum which is not free)

mpTrim can be found here http://www.mptrim.com/

Using the What u Hear feature along with Sound Recorder that are already part of Windows 7 was easy with those great tutorials. It's working like a charm. Thanks again.
There must be lots of other useful features in Windows 7, but how do you find them?

I tried to install Wavepad and it won't work with win7. Any suggestions for a freebie prog recorder that records free radio streams? This might be a deal breaker for me for moving back down to XP.
