Problems with realtek sound

So I have this problem right now, after installing fresh copy of windows 7 X86 I have sound problems from the beggining. It shows that I have sound drivers installed automatically by windows update, when I play music bars in sound manager is mooving, but i can't hear any sound through my speakers. I am using amplifier and I have speakers connected to it, and I have ASUS P5V-VM Ultra motherboard.
Here is photo how it looks.

So I know that my motherboard uses realtek drivers so I install them manually, and sound works good, but after shuting down pc it dissapears, pc shows that output is missing, there is red X on speakers icon, when drivers instals automatically and there is same story like i mentioned above.
This how it looks like with realtek:

Any ideas how windows rejects realtek drivers or how could I make automatical drivers working? I think that something wrong with jack detection or speaker detection, because it shows only amplyfier.
