Playback Devices Problem "Headphones Disabled"

This headphone I bought is a high quality one I bought. It doesn't show on playback but has bad quality with that. It gives the speaker sounds through my headphone instead. Help me please.

Hey, I'm experiencing frustrating issues with my playback and wondered if you guys could help? Basically I noticed when I turned on my laptop that there was no sound coming out of my Headphones, only the speaker.
