There is no heading "hard drives"

Maybe you meant "disk drives"? You can see what is there now.

I have to do something, I'll be back in around 1/2 hour (you can try the video driver - just remember F8 during boot to get the "Advanced Options menu" and start windows in safe mode w/ networking or VGA standard resolution mode, and you should be able to get back in and "roll" back the driver using the button in the drivers tabs)

If you have to go, then, well finish later, or whenever, otherwise if your here, I'll stop back in.

I must have missed you the other day, when you we online. Yes I would install some of the other drivers from the site, again not a bunch at a time, since if a problem occurs, you'll know which one needs to be avoided. I would start with your chipset driver FIRST.

Also I never heard if the sound was working perfectly again w/o any issues (and the software shows both devices - and the headphones when plugged in at least)

And need to straighten away the second drive so you don't fill up quickly again! (did you remove the hyberfil.sys file?)

    lemme know!

(BTW: CONGRATULATIONS on getting it working again!)

    Hello Nick,

I am guessing your not going to return to fix the remaining items, or you had a problem leading to the loss of a functional computer. In either case, you should be aware that from my understanding, you tried to install windows on your second drive and when it didn't work properly you installed it on your primary drive. I don't know how far you got to the first install. I'm not quite Martian of the legalities of this type of situation, but It could be considered as a duplicate installation and be illegal. I recommend you check into this with Microsoft to be sure. You will need to fix that second drive, or you could experience problems at startup, rendering windows unaccessible, temporarily at least. Someone should help you fix the MBR to the correct boot setup for your one and only OS on the primary drive (the smaller SSD drive) (C :). Then the second drive can be formatted and used as you wish.

I wish you the best! :)

No Audio Output Device Installed. Red cross on Volume icon in task bar.
    1. MOBO sound card won't work.
    2. Installed sound card won't work.
    3. I posted this previously and installing the sound card fixed the issue.
Unfortunately, I reinstalled Windows 7 and now no sound works on the MOBO or sound card?
Update Driver Software cannot find driver software for my device.
