Sound problem

    Sound problem


    Hi all,
    I had this problem with my laptop sound randomly disappears and it comes back after a while like 15 min or so.I have Realtek HD Audio Driver installed.Is it problem with my driver? Can anyone help me with this? i am despreate !!!

    Go into the device manager & check that nothing is screwy in there. Windows key/Pause Break, device manager top left.

    If it is OK check to see that the loaded driver is the latest. If not get the new driver & install.

    Sorry but i cant understand what you are telling me.My driver is working properly it says.But i dont understand the thing about Windows key/Pause break.Can you explain me a bit more simple:).

    On your keyboard. Hold the Windows key down then push the pause/break key. That opens a windows. In that window top left click 'device manager'. Now have a look under sound. There should be no exclamation points. It should all look the same.

    What says your driver is OK?

    i hold windows key down and press play/pause key but nothing opens up.And a checked in device manager under sound and then rigth click on realtek and i saw that my driver is working properly.
