Have you checked the speaker fill option in the Via Audio Deck?

LOL... Sorry, I didn't mean your speaker connections. I meant the Properties screens. The Speaker Configuration screen defines how the speakers will be used.
What type of speakers are you using? (2.0, 2.1, 5.1 or what make and model)
You mention "stereo". Are you connecting the speakers to an external amplifier/receiver? Or to the PC?
Most newer PCs support 5.1 so I suspect you need to Configure the speakers.

Stereo vs surround headset
I'm reluctant (well I'm not as I like spending money lol) to buy a head set as I have a very high quality home cinema av receiver. However the position I sit to play games means the surround speakers are to my left, and ruin the whole surround experience. And moving the speakers and or myself...

Hi all, I've searched through the various threads on this issue, and aside from the complaining and finger-pointing, it appears 'Enhancements>Environment/Speaker Fill' seems to be the only option, which merely gives the illusion of true 5.1 surround sound. I've just today downloaded and...

Stereo to Surround
Hi, I have been using XP for ages so I never run Vista. So I got a nasty suprise when I installed Windows 7. I always played my music with WMP, and in XP WMP automaticly mixes a stereo sound to all boxes in my 5.1 setup which is great. In W7 this isn't the case it just uses the front left an...
