Windows 7: my speaker always muted

my speaker always muted

I can unmute my speaker. I always use the quick key (f11) if i want disable or enable my speaker. but now my speaker is always mute. i can't make a speaker on, although i press the button (f11) and same with maunal way. i was try to up the volume but my speaker is still mute. whats happen? please help me

Hello Luke,

From what I can tell, it seems you have a laptop. Is there any volume control (other than F11) on the laptop itself that can turn up/down/off/on the volume? Do you have all drivers (especially audio) installed on your computer? Do you have a software audio control panel seperate from the windows audio control?
