ok, d/l the file. Now I get this message 'your current security settings don't allow this action'.
I went into my security settings, and changed a few, but no luck. Is there a specific setting I should change?

Try opening it with your browser. I remember doing that in the past but at this time I don't have any swf files lying around to test.
