Fill in your "my system specs" and give us more info than "it doesn't work".

It has nothing to do with the spec, okay, here's the full story: My front headphone jack is broken (doesn't matter how, can't be fixed) and my computer doesn't admit the existance of the back ones, neither the headphones or the microphone, nothing happens if I plug in my earphones to the back jack, nothing happens

i see you still havent filled in you system spec , thats a shame as fireberd asked you earlier and is one of the people who could deffinately give you the help you need.
he would like information ie what your sound card is as this will help determine how to configure the rear jack socket to act as a headphone jack socket.

in order for us to help you ,you have to help us,

What you have listed for the sound card says that you haven't installed the driver for it, and it is using the default Windows audio driver. You need to look up your motherboard and find out what it has for onboard audio and install the driver for it. If unsure what motherboard this should show it,

Because it's your sound card we are after reopen Speccy and in the left column click on Audio and post that info.
Also do you have a label on the outside of the PC like shown here Technical Support pages from Fujitsu, list your Product, Model, System No. just in case.
