"You just unplugged a device from the audio jack" upon loud sounds

I've recently replaced my old Hard Drive, making my PC actually worth doing something on, but a problem showed up recently. Sometimes, when I'm playing a song with strong vocals or bass, or a sound intensive game (Shift 2 Unleashed, in which case it ended with a brutal BSOD), the message balloon pops up saying "You just unplugged a device from the audio jack" for about 4 seconds, and then working normally again, that is, until something loud happens again.
This does a good job of pissing me off every single time I shoot something in Serious Sam 3, or listening to a song, it even happens when I'm using headphones. Here's my sound analysis by Speccy:

Sound Cards
USB Audio Device
AMD High Definition Audio Device
Realtek High Definition Audio
Playback Devices
Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) (default)
Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Recording Device
Microphone (USB Audio Device)
Speaker Configuration
Speaker type Stereo

That's about all I have, thanks in advance.
