Windows 7 Audio Enhancement Tab problems

So for the last few months I have been using the audio enhancement tab that is included with Windows 7 with my Creative Fatal1ty headset...recently I had a hard drive failure and had to switch to my slave drive and reinstall windows 7...anywho problem is when i reinstalled it this time, the enhancement tab isnt there, i have made sure i installed the right drivers and everything, theres only 3 tabs: general, levels, and advanced...the levels tab only gives me a tab to increase or decrease the volume

I have been told that its the headset itself or the sound card thats not compatatible but i have been able to use the feature before this mess happened and for some reason after i installed Windows 7 this time around the tab does not exist...if anyone can help would be great...for anyone who doesnt know the Creative Fatal1ty headset is a USB plugin headset with its own drivers, the mobo im running on is Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 though i dont think it matters but just stating...any help is appreciated

Hi Venom. Welcome to SF.

Can you be more specific on the headset model #?
