Windows 7: Recording Devices crashing!

So i Simply want to show any hidden devices in the Recording devices tab in the sound properties so that i can enable the Stareo Mix for Teamspeak 3, but every time i click on any microphones or areas within the square box containing different microphones it crashes and gives the message "Windows Shell Common Dll Has Stopped Working".

So i decided not to give up too easly and reinstall my drivers by downloading them from the Asus website, this did not work, and now i am lost for ideas.



So if anybody has a idea about how to aproach this problem please get back to me ASAP.
