My audio on my laptop is dragging when i am playing music or music videos on it or any videos for that matter. What do i need to do? Is there maybe something i need to download to make the audio play better? Please help!
ummm...can u please explain the 'dragging' term you used?Also, is it just the audio, or are you experiencing issues with the vide when it plays. What sound card are you using?
It's just the audio dragging meaning it will sound fine and then all of a sudden it will slow WAY down for a moment and then be just fine the next moment... i am sorry i dont know what sound card is in here i just got this laptop and i dont know about computers inside and out..
Well, it's probably not the sound card either way. Ma be a bad driver. The laptop should have came with one or two installation discs. Go to control panel>add remove programs, and uninstall the sound driver (should pe something like hd audio codec,, had audio software, hd audio driver...) and uninstall that. Use your laptop cd's and then reinstall the driver. The issue can go deeper and be a windows related one though. Try the driver first. Oh, you might want to uninstall that from windows safe mode.
