I just woke up one day and my laptop don't have sound when I play videos and music, and I can't surf the internet at all though I am connected to the internet. | | With the Internet problem there appears to be more problems than sound. The first thing to try, if this is a recent problem, is to use the System Restore function and restore the PC back to a date when everything did work. I would also run a complete malware/spyware scan with an up to date malware program and data file.
