Can you provide any further detail on your system hardware?
Motherboard model if you built it yourself system model if it's a purchased machine.
    i.e. pavilion 3000

There is an enormous number of versions of the realtek audio drivers.
Direct assistance is going top be kind of thin without some better idea of the hardware involved though.

The system version is 6.1.7600 Build 7600
    System manufacturer is INTELR
    System model is AWRDACPI
I downloaded the realtek hd audio driver 32bit vista/win7 R267 from the official site of realtek.

That is incredibly generic hardware info.
It really only tells me 3 things
1- you have not installed service pack 1
(which I actually suggest doing before even continuing to diagnose your current problem, as installing the service pack may very well fix the problem for you)
2 - You are using 'some' intel chipset motherboard
3 - it uses quite possibly the most common system bios ever to exist.

If the system has a model number it will be on a plate or sticker somewhere on the case.

At any rate I would install service pack 1 before doing anything else.

I can't install the sp1 as the others windows updates in control panel pending & not installing. I don't know why but I guess that because there's not space free in local disk C . The disk C now have just 120mb free. What do you recommend ? I just want to fix sound problem .
