    No sound with Windows 7 professional x64bit


    err , helo , okay i am going to tell u the problem i am currently having with my sound , the first day when i got this computer the sound was working good , but then the 2nd day the sound was not working anymore and i need help because i have been days searching for a solution and there was none

    the steps i took were uninstalling and reinstalling but then it was no good , i downloaded the newest driver still was not working , the realtek high definition audio in the device manager have a exclamation mark , and when i uninstall and install automatically from the windows update , after a few minutes it were failed to install , and when i check the driver details it says Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) so pls help

    OH and the control panel sound , the playback tab and recording tab says No audio devices are installed

    You must be installing the wrong driver - make sure the driver you download is an exact match for the sound hardware you have in your system, check the spec and make sure. Completely uninstall the existing driver, then reinstall the new one, either manually or by letting Windows do it but make sure it points to the correct path for the new driver you have convinced yourself is the correct one.
