Windows 7: " Unspecified Error " When using WMP Classic , Please Help !!!

Hi guys , first of all , sorry for my bad english , i usually get this error many times since using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit , after reinstalling windows 7 with various version , it's still the same , and this problem also lead to others like : can not play movie file or audio file in wmp or wmp-classic , some programmes did not work as well . If you guys know how to fix it , please help me . Thank you very much Klitecode is the newest one and driver also .(See the picture below )
