On-board Sound Card Help Needed

Hi guys

I was hoping somebody could tell me if my on-board sound card is able to play sound through 2 outputs simultaneously? (sorry I'm not very technical at all)

My Motherboard is:
Lanparty JR X58-T3H6

I have the latest realtek drivers installed.

The reason I'm asking this is I've tried playing music in paltalk but nobody can hear it, I have sound and I can hear other users sound when they play music or talk on the mic.
I've tried downloading the virtual audio cable but this didn't fix it either?
Has anybody encountered this problem or can anybody help me fix mine?
My sound is digital I have only a optical cable to my amplifier which my speakers are hooked up to, could this be causing the problem?

My System SpecsSystem Spec
