I turned my computer on and it said configuring update so my windows seems to have updated itself. Anyhow, I've noticed my music now sounds different, its like the levels are too high...
The only way I can explain it is when you amplify the volume of a song or video or whatever and its too high it sounds terrible.
I'm wondering if I need a sound card update or there is some weird setting they added in now that I need to change? I have an onboard soundcard my motherboard is the Asus M4A89GTD Pro
Also I've noticed that when I look at my 'volume mixer' my sound is always maxed out, usually it will dip down then go back to the top as I'm listening to music, right now it just stays at 100% (I know thats confusing but this is what I mean, this is all I see now when I look at it)
Also I've tried different browsers and they both do the same thing, I've tried local playback and youtube playback, same thing.
I've looked and the last update for my
driver was released in 2010
