No HDMI ouput found (audio) from PC to TV phillip(all drivers updated)

Hello everyone,

After looking for many answer about this problem i've just decided to post something on this forum.

I've been looking for more than hours on the internet about a solution to find out why i have no HDMI audio output standing in my sound option list ... I've updated all my drivers and changed cables, restarted tv & pc etc....

I know this is not the first thread about this issue, but i haven't found anything like my problem... by most people its outdated drivers and people who don't know how to choose in the sound list the HDMI port and set it as standard.

I hope someone can help me out, i'm getting crazy of this issue.
