Hello guys,I have a sb live sound blaster ct4830 modek card.Current os win7 ultimae 32bit.Any driver for it or any patched driver for it???pLease help

Sorry to say but there is not now and never will be a Windows 7 driver for that card as it is just far too old. There is however this XP driver that has been modified to be more Windows 7 compatible,

Download and install, just like any other driver file.

Look here,
