Windows Shell Common Dll
Have no sound, so clicked on control panel, then sounds and would not respond.I was prompted with Windows Shell Common Dll not responding.Did some research on Microsoft's website & found an article on windows shell common dll not working. Followed intructions on performing a System File Checker & the scan found noting.So, checked for update on driver through device manger well, eveything is up to date, there were other suggestions, but none of them work.
P.S.Please help me with this issue, I hope it's not the built on sound card.
