    Need Help [Urgent]

    Hey guys,

I can never get my audio working, ever since i got my PC, it hasn't worked, and the people who put it together said everything was working before they sent it,
and no im not gonna send it back, waste of time and money.

I have some Logitech speakers (z506) i have the green cable plugged into the back green audio port, and nothing working, (it works on other pc's)

In my playback devices "speakers are set to default"
in Realtech Audio Manager its set to 5.1.

all drivers are up to date,

What else can i do? its beyond me.

    Specs:

    Asrock 880gmh/U3S6 mobo,
    12 gb ram,
    750wpsu
    amd fx 8150 cpu
    win 7 hp x64bit

    Welcome to SevenForums RiseAgainst

You've said that since you have the PC the trouble was already there.. Oh! Problem that occurs is still their responsibility to check and it is your right to send it back to them. For, the unit is under warranty and this is handy situation for you as consumer. If the situation happens to me I will return it to the re-seller, and I know there is no additional charges when it comes to hardware checking unless they advice you to replace for it. But I know there is no replacement issue technician will figure it out.

This is the only thing I can help you. :)

I don't have RealTek on this PC so I can't tell you the exact menu, but double check to make sure the output is not set to digital out, that would send everything out the SPDIF.
