    My audio is stuttering.

Okay. When I am playing videos on youtube the sound stutters. It happens too when I am playing music in iTunes and also in VLC. How would I resolve this?

First step, make sure you are using the RealTek sound driver from the motherboard vendor. Many times non-vendor sound drivers either do not work or do not work correctly.

If its not a driver problem, go to the Device Manager, RIGHT click to highlight the RealTek entry and then LEFT click "Uninstall". DO NOT check the box to uninstall the drivers. Restart the PC and when Windows starts it will detect and reinstall the sound. This fixes a lot of flakey problems.

BTW, I see you have Win 7 64 bit, but only have 4GB of RAM. The big thing with 64 bit OS is that it can address more than 4GB of memory, where the 32 bit OS cannot. Other than memory there is no need for the 64 bit OS.

this may sound a little bit weird, but i'm not having problems anymore when playing videos using VLC media player. the only problem now is when i'm playing youtube videos. it sounds kinda like static. ANALOGY: uhm like you're putting a dot, pause, after a couple of seconds, dot again then so on. how do i fix this, sir?

Update or reinstall the Adobe Flash player and see if that help.
