Multiple Monitors, Sound output limited to one?

So i have 2 monitors at the moment, both through the same graphics cards (not using crossfire ready thing) Using exact same specs/build as i have on my profile, My Hd tv is using hdmi, and the other is using AVI/vga, i was wondering how can i get both screens to play audio, all it lets me do is set one as default, and not let me pick if i want to play through both, yet i have the option to turn either one up, and control them both freely while they are enabled Overall i want to play through both, btw the sound on the vga screen is through the rear Audo jack if that helps
    .

Thanks for any an all help!

You can only have one default audio playback device, as you have found out. Although there may be, I have never seen anything posted on getting around the Windows limitation.

But, what you could do is use the Analog sound card's output and then split it externally, to whatever devices you want.
