speakers dont work when connected to my computer!!

    i even rebooted again and made sure all the audio options were enabled in the bios

    Would you post a screenshot of your device manager with the sound, video and game controllers expanded?

    Do you have two audio icons in your system tray? The default Windows speaker icon and the Realtek audio icon?

    I think the issue is in the bios, have another look around as the graphics card will also be labeled a HD- Audio device.

    Services


    Type "services" in the start search bar and select the gear icon.
    Look for Windows Audio You will find two services make sure both are started.
