Sound delay problem when using a microphone.

I have a laptop running windows 7 (the brand is " Capital" but you might not know it)

Anyway, the audio driver is realtek, and so far everything works perfect, except that when using a microphone, the output is delayed by about 1 second (which is pretty much especially if u try karaoke....)

I was wondering if there is anything i can try to fix this.
Ive checked the box which states " immediate mode"
But it doesnt seem to change anything.

Sound delay problem when using a microphone or line-in

    hello
    i have same problem.
but even when using line-in (where i input bass-giutar).
the same delay in 1 second - it's unreal to play or talk.
    this issue should be solved.
