I'll contact the website and explain the problem to them. Hopefully they will cover the return shipping as it cost me 10 shipping to get these.

I tried plugging my speakers in different rooms and they buzz no matter where I plug them in. Just rubbish speakers I guess.
I've also tried plugging my PC directly into the wall and I'm still getting buzzing.

Do you have another headset or set of speakers that you can try. If nothing else can you borrow them from a friend so you know which is the cause - the PC or headset. When you try again, lease the "bad" buzzing speakers disconnected and just connect the headphones directly to the GREEN speaker jack on the back.

I have tried 3 different headphones now and none of them can hear the noise. Although the frequency range isn't the same as these.

I tried my brother's and I think his has a higher frequency range than these new ones but they don't go as low. They never picked up anything either. I have no headphones that go under 14hz.

I can only plug into the back for now as I've left the front USB and jacks unplugged. never use them anyway.

Headphone frequency response is probably not a real issue. If none of the other headsets get the noise, I would suspect the headset you have is the problem.
