| | Sound still comes out of speaker when headphones are plugged in I have a Packard bell laptop with a headphone and microphone plugin on the left. For a while now, when I plug in my headphones, sound still comes out of the speaker. Theres a picture of what my sound looks like with headphones plugged in. |

| | Check to see if you have a RealTek "HD Audio Manager" panel (mine is located in the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound). There is an option, in most, to have the speakers mute or not mute when a headset is plugged in. |
