Looking to buy a 5.1 surround sound for computer, questions first

Hey guys, I want to get a 5.1 surround sound speaker system for my computer, but I have some questions first.

I have the GA-Z77-DS3H motherboard with ALC887, supports 7.1 surround sound, but there is only 1 output cable and 1 line in and 1 mic in, do 5.1 sourround sound setups like the X-530 need a separate plug for each speaker + sub or do they all join into one?

I could plug it into my 7850 as well, but which one will have better quality (or does it go thorugh my mobo anyways)?

Final question, I basically want to get the 5.1 for xbmc and gaming. Once I set up the 5.1 speaker hardware, is it plug and play? Eg if I have a video file that supports 5.1 or a game that supports 5.1, will it immediately play 5.1 or will I need to do some tweaking?

EDIT: Or are there any other 5.1 systems around the same price with same quality sound (I know 5.1 at $50 is stupid but I want it anyways)?

I think your motherboard outputs could be enough to plug the x530 5.1 sound system, since it has three inputs plugs like the x530.
They do not join in to one plug, but the x 530 cord is in one cable jointed and divided in three plugs, all the rest is centralized on the sub-woofer.

You'll have just to adjust/set in the Realtek Control Panel to 5.1 type of output

Ok cool thanks, any other 5.1 systems in the $50 and below price range?
