Hi,
If your system manufacturer is Dell, then try updating the drivers from support.dell.com, otherwise you will have to install the drivers from your computers manufacturers website. If possible, kindly share the model number of your computer, let me see if i can find any updated chipset drivers of this model.
I've been asked many times about that actually, and I didn't know how to answer. Not sure where to look, but here's a pic of dxdiag

I have a question. When you plug these in are the ON or OFF. Also have you tried too plug them in when there off and turn them on also the other way round?
The speakers are on when plugged in the computer, I can even use the USB as an electricity source and plug the other jack into my cellphone. I was wondering maybe my soundcard isnt compatible with windows 7, it is kinda old.
Can we do this tomorrow? I kinda need to go :)
