    WMP 12 Listing Windows Sounds

Cruising through my WMP 12 Library, I come to a very large section containing native sounds from the operating system (see attachment). They were originally in the Unknown Artist, Unknown Album category. I renamed them Windows Sounds, as I frequently add to my library and have to edit to create new albums.
About a year ago I transferred a large amount of audio files from another PC and ended up with a lot of duplicates. To fix that I did a full library reset.
I don't know when the windows items started showing up though (Pre or Post-reset?)
I'm afraid to delete them cause whenever I delete a song it automatically deletes from WMP and the computer and I don't want that.
    Your help will be appreciated.

you can set your options for wmp to not delete from pc when deleting from wmp library

in wmp click organize, select options and click the library tab ,uncheck the delete files from computer when delteted from library box.

now you can remove anything safely
