My sounds crackles when I play games.

I have a problem with my sound that I cannot figure out myself and therefore I hope someone can help me find a solution to it here.

The problem;
Note; I have connected my spekears like this (HDMI from computer to my reciver to my speakers: http://i45.tinypic.com/2cr9gyt.png seems like it's my GPU that handels it and it's a GTX 670 thats up to date.

What happens is that whenever I play World of Warcraft and play music, it starts to crackle (The sound that is) and kinda goes into slow motion mode. IT happens to wow sound also, but not when I use my headphones..

Anyone has any idea what can be the cause and how to fix it?

There are many posts on this and other forums about this problem. Unfortunately, there is no "one fix" for the problem.

Several general items that have been known to cause that is (1) a Wi-Fi adapter (if you have one disable it and see if that helps), video and sound drivers (update to the latest and in this case NVIDIA), cell and wireless phones close to the PC, etc.

You can look over the many posts here, but most are not dealing with HDMI audio, they are dealing with regular PC audio and speakers or headsets.

1. I do not have a WiFi adapter.
Video and sound drivers are up to date.
I do not own a cellphone atm (it's at the repair shop), no wireless phone.

Is it possible that realtek and nivida drivers are getting mixed up or something?

Because I did not have this problem with my laptop that had Dolby sound drivers something.

I have connected it like this;
HDMI > reciver > TV + speakers

It's not the kind of crackle that I have a phone nearby .. it's like it crackles / goes to slowmotion .. the sound that is, and also.. it only happens to my speakers and not my headphones (headphones are USB phones)... and only while playing any games.

(No my speakers aint blown to hell).

You USB headphones are not using the HDMI since the HDMI audio that is generated by the video card is strictly for the HDMI interface.

Can you connect the HDMI directly to the TV and see if you get the crackle?

You can temporarily disable the RealTek to see, but I don't think its conflicting.

Dolby is just an enhancement to the sound, its not the actual sound device.
