Do you simply want to play songs on the ipod through the acer speakers?

Or do you want to actually move the files from the ipod to the acer?

    Or???

I've never been in the same room with an Ipod, so I don't know what ports it has available.

My guess would be you could use a USB thumb drive if Ipods have USB ports.

Or upload the files from the Ipod to some server and then download them to the Acer.

You might be able to connect an external DVD burner to the Ipod and move the files to a DVD and then load the DVD into the Acer.

You have to install itunes and use iTunes to drag and drop the music. There is a catch, this can only be done on the computer that the ipod has been origianlly set to. You can reformat it to set it to your computer but that will wipe the ipod of all music.
