stange problem

I bought a software to read the texts in many language called naturalreader , and download some of speech engines by some of language as french and italian and so on

then the program worked perfectly , but when the electric current was cut off abruptly and my computer restart I surprised by a mistake in my program when i opened it i found this message

First time to use natural reader , please right click Natural reader icon from your desktop , and choose run as adminstrator

and when i did ok i foundnd another error message says:

no voice is detected in your system , please install the voice first

i uninstall the program totally by uninstall programs and reinstall it but the problem remained the same

i hope to find a problem to this problem instead of setup a new windows or usinng system restore

thank you

The quickest method may to be use a Restore Point.

This is different to a full system restore.

Select a restore point just prior to crash when you knew the machine was working.
