    Help with speakers and Realtek

Hello! I am having a problem that is really annoying and I hope somebody can help me fix it. Anyway, I noticed that lately I've had a little trouble with my microphone so I searched up help and people kept saying I should update my Realtek audio driver, so I did. Problem is, now nothing works. Realtek (or any other device) won't detect my speakers or microphone. I have tried installing other versions, checking if my drivers work properly (according to windows they do) and I've tried pretty much everything. I don't know what to do, so please someone help me! My Laptop model is Acer Aspire 5750G and I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Here are also some screenshots which might help (Also, I'm Norwegian, I hope the language on these screenshots aren't a problem)

How long ago did you do your first realtek driver change? If it was recent then look for a restore point and restore your Acer to a point just before making changes.

To add, in most cases the Vendor supplied sound driver (Acer in your case) should be used. Non Vendor drivers many times do not work or work correctly.
