Change Speaker Format when launching specific program

A program I have installed (Dead Rising 2: Off The Record) Fails to start, unless my speaker format is set to 24 bit, 48000 Hz Mode. My speaker format is normally 24 bit 192000 Hz Mode. I want to be able to make it automatically change to-and-from automatically, as the program is launched. How can I do this?

The normal audio configuration is 16 bit 44.1Khz, which is standard "CD Audio" and what commercial audio CD audio is.

What do you have that you need 24 bit 192Khz audio for ? There is nothing that approaches that.

I have a recording studio and record at 24 bit 44.1Khz but when I mixdown to "standard" audio its 16 bit 44.1Khz.

Update, after thinking about your 192Khz, that is an MP3 bitrate, not a full fidelity wav bitrate.
