Not sure if this will help Realtek
Oh and to post pics Emcitement try the snip feature mate it is much easier to use.
Start > type snip ad a window at the top will say Snipping tool > right click > pin to taskbar. When ready with screen you want to capture click on the snip tool the screen will go milky > left click hold down and out line the part of the screen you want (let go of the click) > File > Save as (pick a destination I put mine on desktop) give it a title and OK. When posting use the Manage attachments under the reply window > Browse > desktop > pick the snip you want > upload when the ref disappears > post your reply.
Sounds complicated but it really is easy no mucking around :)
Go to control panel and click it - it will open.
Sorry Emcitement I thought you had already been there sorry amte.
Have you tried Device Manager?
I had a gut feeling that is what they would say after all it is just Windows checking i guess.
Now I am just thinking I usd to use an app called Slim Drivers that used to scan your machine for missing or out of date drivers now if you want to try that at last it is independent of Realtek an Windows eh?
It is a bit slow (the free version) as you have to do one driver at a time. Paid for does the lot but be very wary of the ads and pop ups they can be a tad tedious and when you have finished with it uninstall it or it will pester you at start up.
Worth try cos we aint getting anywhere like this eh?
SlimDrivers Free - CNET Download.com < watch out for the add ons - Ask bar and Blekko or whatever rubbish it might put tick boxes in for tak the download slowly - if you want to try this.
