Plantronics Gamecom 780 Headset Volume Control
I have the Gamecom 780 headset and after formatting my computer, I've had an issue with the volume control on the ear cup of the headset.
Rather than changing the volume for the headset, it sets the volume for my default device, which is usually my speakers. If i set my default device as the headset, then it will control the volume.
I already tried to reinstall the drivers and change the usb port where it is plugged into. I have also uninstalled all of the Human Interface Devices and reinstalled it.
I contacted plantronics support, however the support representative just sort of blew me off like it wasnt an issue at all, but I didn't have this issue before i formatted my PC.
Do you guys have any ideas how to either fix this, or maybe a way to change the way it works
