Other File Formats?

I need to create some files that have formats set to PCM

I need Attributes set to one of the following:

8.000 kHz, 8 bit, Mono
or
11.025 kHz, 8 bit, Mono
or
16.000 kHz, 8 bit, Mono
or
22.050 kHz, 8 bit, Mono

I don't see this option available, am I screwed?

The Goldwave audio editor will save in 8 bit mono. Goldwavve doesn't offer any Khz options.

I have a recording studio, but wondering what you need those formats for.

Do you prefer .wtv, .dvr-ms or other file formats?
At this stage it seems that Windows Media Centre for W7 will only record in the .wtv format, with the context menu option to convert to a .dvr-ms file, or Windows Live Movie Maker's conversion to a .wmv file being the only Microsoft provided alternatives at this point. Although WMC allows burning...
