Windows 7: I cant use more then the standard audio device

I cant use more then the standard audio device

when I put my headset as standard I whant all sound but my vlc sound to go out to the headset. but it still comes in the headset when I do like i did on the picture

You can only have one default "playback" device. e.g. "Speakers" or "Headphone" but not two.

but if I tell the program to play out sound in the speakers and have headphones as standard shold it not play in the speakers then

All sound will go to the default device. You can't have one program output to the speakers and others output to headphones.

There may be but I do know now of any. This question comes up frequently.
